About the event
Match & Mend is a thoughtfully curated community event designed to help participants take a meaningful step toward healing by connecting directly with mental health professionals in an accessible, low-pressure environment. Hosted by Wellness Project New Orleans, this experience uses a speed-dating–style format that allows attendees to meet potential counselors and therapists, ask questions, and receive brief consultations to help guide their next steps.
The Afterwords will be in attendance, holding space around grief, transition, and legacy while engaging with participants and fellow community partners. In addition to professional connections, the event offers opportunities to gather, connect, and be nourished in community.
What to Expect:
